Do you have a food processor at home? Or a fancy blender that makes ice cream? I recently tried out this easy recipe by YouTube sensation, Cookingwithdog. (By the way you’re not actually cooking a dog with these instructional videos. You’ll see what I mean!)
Justin bought me a food processor for Christmas because I kept saying I wanted to make this specific recipe for homemade pineapple ice cream. I made the mistake of not freezing the pineapple chunks long enough, but I fixed it by popping the mixture into the freezer for a little while longer, and then adding more cream and mixing again.
…and this was HEAVENLY. HEA-VEN-LY!!!! Light, fluffy and melt-in-your-mouth good.

I don’t know why, but watching this video make me smile & laugh. The lady is very adorable, and the narrator’s accent made me giggle. I grew up watching all things Japanese, and I realize how much miss Japanese mannerisms and their tone when speaking. It’s rarely harsh sounding like so many other Asian languages, including my native tongue. I can see why there are so many Japanophiles!
